SHIPPING POLICY

• Free ground shipping on all orders above $30 within the US.

• Flat rate $15 economy shipping on all international orders.

RETURN POLICY

• You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

• All returns must be unused and received in its brand new, original condition (including hangtags and original packaging).

• Return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

• If you'd like an exchange, please make a return and place a new order.

• All refunds will be credited to the original payer and original form of payment.

• Allow 2 weeks from the date we receive your return for processing.

• There are no refunds on items damaged or lost during shipping. In that case, please file a claim with the carrier.

• We have the right to deny credit if the return does not meet our return criteria.

• Returns are only accepted for orders placed directly through www.evermoregear.com.
